Lou, congratulations on the release of your book. The book should show up on Amazon in about 72 hours and on the Pen It! Website, www.penitpublications.com within a week or so. We recommend waiting about 3 to 4 weeks and googling your book title along with your name. You will be surprised to find it in many other places, in the US and internationally.
Your free book(s) have been ordered and should arrive in about 2 weeks, more or less. Once you receive those books, please review them carefully. We would be pleased to fulfill any orders you want to place at your 40% discounted rate once you have reviewed those copies. On occasion, there may be corrections that you feel need to be made within the book, and we are always happy to make those changes. However, since the book has been reviewed and approved for release by you, there will be a $25.00 republish fee. Contact us immediately if changes are required.
For Marketing help and information about getting your book in the Barnes & Noble Store Catalog, so that it is available to over 600 stores nationwide, contact Tonya Andrews, Marketing Director at tonyaandrews.penitpublications@yahoo.com. She promotes our authors and their books for 1 year for the small fee of $35.00 per title. We have seen an increase in sales just based on her promotions. To promote with Theodocia, you can send the $35.00 via PayPal using DEBICL40@yahoo.com and your information will be forward on to her. She will compile a promotional report that will list where the book is advertised and I will send that on to you or she will copy you.

RED CLOVER READER: For Children’s Authors ONLY - Red Clover Reader is a website that offers free reading for 30 minutes per day to children around the world. We can add your book for free. You can set up an Author Bio. There is a possibility we could earn royalties from this site, but only if the parent decides to order the book for their child. This is also optional, but is a great marketing tool.
INGRAM PROMOTIONS: We pay for basic promotions through Ingram, our international distributor, however if you are interested, they have a magazine called Advance that highlights the best books to readers and library buyers. The magazine publishes six times per year and there is a cost of $85.00 to place your book in the magazine for up to 4 months (2 issues). Circulation is 7,000 US booksellers and librarians and in pdf format to over 27,000 international and domestic customers. This rate covers both a hardback and paperback, if so published.
Note that promotions are absolutely up to you and are not mandatory. They do, however increase sales for books in most markets.
