Traditional Publishing Agreement

This Publishing Agreement is entered into and eective as of the date of signing between, Lou Marin

(author), writing as __________________(pen name, if applicable), herein named the Author, and Pen It!

Publications, LLC herein named the Publisher, for the Book title Captain & Kid Wee

Rhymes: The Adventures of Miasey Mae and Maisie Jean - Book

1 herein called the “Book.” This oer is extended in good faith and will be null on void if not

executed within 60 days of oering.

I. Publishing Rights: The Author, on behalf of his/herself and his/her heirs, executors,

administrators, successors and assignees, grants the following exclusive worldwide rights in the

“Book” to the Publisher: to produce, publish, and sell in electronic or printed format, including

electronic download, disk, CD, E-Book reader (including, but not limited to HTML, Adobe, Epub, and

printed Book (paperback and/or hardback)) or any other format known or to be invented as well as

and including any print or e-Book formats invented while this contract is in eect. The author further

grants the following exclusive worldwide rights in the Book to the Publisher for publication in trade

paperback Book form (as applicable per contract). Publisher will decide which formats Book will be

released in and in what order. This Agreement will cover all types of Books released by Publisher,

including Audiobooks. See II below...
