...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Snow mixing with rain at times. Snow many be heavy at times
and also wet. 3 to 6 inches expected at higher elevations and 1 to
2 inches possible on valley floors.
* WHERE...The White Mountains in northern New Hampshire and the
western Maine mountains.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Low pressure will bring mainly snow to higher elevations
this morning, with rain and snow falling at lower elevations. The
snow many be heavy at wet at times and could break some tree
branches and perhaps cause a few outages. Roads, especially those
above 1500 feet or so will become slippery. The precipitation will
come to an end from south to north late this morning through early
afternoon.
